I pierced my nose!!!! We decided to get pierced last week when we were at Captain's Bar downtown Vancouver. We were going to go that day, but it was late and Jackie still had a week left at work. So we went today, completely sober and completely stoked. It was such an adreneline rush! It did hurt when the needle went it, and my eyes did water. I didn't cry! But it is fairly typical for your eyes to water when piercing something that close. We went to Big Al's afterwards and I had a giant margarita, which definitely helped to numb the pain. But then after I drank my 24 oz marg, Jackie finally decided on what she wanted and we went to get it done.
Isn't it so cool?!? Jackie is so much more BA than I am :)Since this is my UP blog, I'll let you know that I talked with my roommate today. Just through Facebook, but I'm really excited for school and orientation and everything. And yes, I know that was a run on sentence but I like saying "and" so deal with it.
It's definitely sleep time though. I've gone through a lot of emotions this weekend and I am exhausted.
